GESTHUM – Internal Job Application Management System
A web-based platform designed for managing internal job competitions within HR departments. GESTHUM allows employees to apply for vacancies by creating customized CVs, which are evaluated by an AI agent using advanced language models. The system provides recommendations, displays final evaluations, and ensures a transparent selection process. Built with Java (Spring Boot) for the backend, React with Material UI for the frontend, and Oracle DB for data management, with secure authentication via JWT.
